Can I submit my order over the internet?
If it's something we have printed for you in the past, then you
can use our easy Product Reorder page and well get your order
underway. If we have not printed your item previously (or if youre
not sure if we have), please email or call us so we may provide you
with a price estimate and production time.
What's the standard turnaround time?
It all depends on the type of
project we are printing. Many stock items can ship very fast, i.e.
tax forms, select BiC pens and products, business cards (possibly in
as little as 48hours). Other more complex/custom items can have many
variables that cannot as such be stated to have a blanket production
time. We will always quote you our estimated production time and
follow-up with an anticipated ship date once production has started.
Quoted production time estimates do not include artwork or proof
time. Some holidays can affect turnaround time due to press
closures, as can severe weather. Above all, communicate to
us any deadline you have so we can effectively determine any
timeline information we pass along.
Are there rush deliveries available?
In most cases, rush production may be available. We will do our
best every time to expedite your printing. Since heavy workload can
affect turnaround time and availability of rush service, always let
us know your project deadlines so we may do our best to complete
your printing in a timely manner.
Do you offer samples of your work?
Sure! Tell us what you have in mind and we'll get together
samples that most closely reflect the desired product.
Are Credit Cards taken for payment?
Sorry, not at this time.
Do you offer terms to established customers and what are they?
Upon our determination, we generally extend terms of net 15 days;
orders are invoiced as we ship/deliver to you. Please note we
reserve the right to require payment in advance on any account as
well as large dollar amount orders. We will always let you know in
advance of any special requirements. There is a 2% late payment
service charge on all open invoices that are past their 15 day open
period, and any returned checks will incur appropriate bank
and/or service fees. At this time please note we do not accept any
method of credit/debit card payment, so please mail your check to
the remit address on each invoice (it's also listed in this
section).
Can you warehouse my printing?
We can in many instances, generally called a print and ship
program.. Usually there is no associated fee with this service. We
are flexible in how your printed products are stored, so let us know
your needs and well work to accommodate them!
Where do I send payments? How about general correspondence?
Please send payments and all correspondence to:
Printing Services II
PO Box 4073
Jeffersonville IN 47131
Can I send you electronic artwork and what programs do you
support?
Yes! Please let us know the design program and version as well as
the platform (PC or Mac) you use. Some programs such as Word,
Publisher, and certain other common word processing programs are not
compatible with our design programs and cannot be accepted. In those
instances, we will recreate your files as close as we can match to
be compatible (note there may be setup fees associated depending on
the complexity of the conversion and the design).
Can I place an order online?
Unfortunately, we do not offer online ordering. There are simply
too many products and degrees of customization in business printing
preventing an easy to use and comprehensive method of online
ordering. In order to provide the best in quality and service
we ask that you contact us directly to discuss your specific needs.
What should I do if my package looks damaged?
Check all merchandise carefully upon receipt of your order. All
discrepancies must be noted on the carrier delivery receipt and
reported to us within 48 hours. Should you discover any hidden
damage after delivery, contact the carrier immediately and
request that they complete an inspection report. Then contact us
to report the problem.
Help! I need a new look/logo for my company but don't
know where to go with my ideas.
Relax, we have years of
experience in helping our customers project the image they want
to put on the marketplace. Talking about your ideas is the
start, so call or email us with your thoughts and we'll help you
get them realized.
Unfortunate but necessary: What if I want to cancel a order?
We're sorry you want to cancel, and hope you may reconsider. In any event, please know that we do bill for our design time spent on your project and for any materials used or ordered in the preparation and printing.
